Amex Digital rolled out its new portable media center known as the iMON HD Mobile. This device functions as an IR receiver and VFD display gizmo, allowing you to obtain nuggets of information from your computer such as Graphical EQ, System Info, Media Info, Email, News, World City Time & Weather. Choose from either black or white colors to complement your room design. Frankly, I’m pretty much at a loss as well since the product page doesn’t have anything much on it either. I suppose this is but a portable Sideshow console, and will probably be a plaything more than a necessity.

Is coffee good or bad for your health? The jury is still out on that one, considering different stories concerning coffee seem to pop up every other day with “facts” backing up either camp. I say drink coffee for the sake of enjoying the beverage, never mind your health if you don’t do it excessively. Krups has a couple of machines for coffee fans to drool over - the XP7220 coffee and XP7260 espresso. All it takes is a single push of the button and you will be greeted with a steaming cuppa in no time, giving you the perfect start to the day. Depending on the model, you ought to be prepared to fork out anything between $1,250 and $1,500.

Eye-Fi continues to innovate with three new models - the Eye-Fi Explore, the Eye-Fi Share and the Eye-Fi Home. The Explore enables users to upload their photos automatically via 10,000 hotspots throughout the US, and this is made possible via a partnership with Wayport. Unfortunately, the service is good for only one year so Eye-Fi had better look for longer terms partnerships soon. As for the Share, it adds automatic syncing with your PC and works with services such as Flickr. The Home is pretty much self-explanatory, targeting the person who wants to sync photos with the PC only and not meant for uploads. The Explore, Share and Home will retail for $129, $99 and $79, respectively this June 6th.

Cycling has obviously many advantages, especially when you live in a central area where everything is pretty much close by and driving a car will be too much of a hassle. Unfortunately, most bicycles aren’t too easy to carry around if you’re planning to be more adventurous from getting from point A to point B. The SwissBike XO is one mode of transportation that will change your mind - this full size mountain bike with 26″ wheels can be folded into a 36″ x 28″ x 12″ size in less than half a minute through a quick-release system that doesn’t even need a toolbox handy. All that is made possible thanks to the company’s Foldable Integrated Technology System and CLIX Wheel Retention System. SwissBikes aren’t cheap though, retailing from $679 all the way up to the high end $2,250 XO model.

Isn't this the coolest coffee table ever - granted, it won't be able to do what Microsoft's Surface can, but Kyle Downes has poured in a whole lot of sweat and tears into this NES Controller Coffee Table, complete with a high quality finish and glass top that oozes with class. What makes this coffee table all the more fantastic is the fact that it works - as long as it is hooked up to a working NES console. Amazing, isn't it? Makes me feel as though I'm in Wonderland where everything else has been super-sized. I forsee a niche market for this - bring it on with other console-themed tables!
